All prospective renters are required to be at least 18 years of age, as well as submit to a credit check and rental history verification. We will locate a rental property for you even if it's not listed with us. We also locate Short Term Corporate Leases and Section 8 Eligible Properties.
First Time Clients
There is a $65 non refundable application fee that MUST be submitted at the time of the initial application submission. This fee covers locating the property and completing the rental application with the homeowner or property management company on your behalf and the cost of a credit check. You will be granted access to our most recently updated list of available properties via email for 60 days.
Returning Clients
For our returning clients, a $25 non refundable application renewal fee MUST be submitted with each renewal. This fee covers locating the property and completing the rental application with the homeowner or property management company on your behalf and the cost of a credit check.You will be granted access to our most recently updated list of available properties via email for 60 days.

Lease Option a Home
* We will locate the property, fill out the application and submit it to the homeowner or property management company on your behalf. You are responsible for any additional payments or fees that are required by the homeowner or property management company. A negative credit history does not automatically disqualify you from obtaining a rental as every case is individually assessed.
